Kidzsignments, LLC Consignor Agreement 
This is the agreement you must “Agree” to accept at the time of registration. This is a copy for your reference.

In exchange for participation and selling in a Kidzsignments, LLC event, please read and acknowledge your acceptance of the following agreement and terms as a consignor (seller).

Consignors and Volunteers agree to the following statements:

• Hold harmless and make no claim against Kidzsignments, LLC, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants in the sale, or the insurer of Kidzsignments for any damage, theft or loss of any items consigned to Kidzsignments. Consignor assumes the risks of these events occurring by participating in the sale.
• Waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the sale from whatever cause against Kidzsignments, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants, or the insurer of Kidzsignments.
• Consignors understand that the items checked into a Kidzsignments, LLC event remain the property of the consignor who assumes sole responsibility for items.
• Items checked into a Kidzsignments, LLC event must meet the following criteria or be subject to removal/disposal.
  • Tagged with a bar code generated by the MySaleManager.NET software.
  • Prepared according the requirements on the website (www.kidzsignments.com).
  • Meet current requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and may not be included on any list of recalled items, contain any hazardous material, or exceed lead standards set by the CPSC
• Kidzsignments reserves the right to have consignors correct items not prepared in accordance to our preparation guidelines including reprinting of tags that will not scan.
• All items, unless designated NO DISCOUNT, on the tag, will be sold for 50% off the tagged price at the consignor and public half price sales.
• Items not picked up by end of the designated consignor pick up time (available on the website or by contacting a Kidzsignments’ representative) become the property of Kidzsignments and will be donated to charity. Kidzsignments will not hold items regardless of what card designates as the donation preference.
• Items, loose pieces and/or accessories found without a tag or consignor id will be placed in a lost & found box. Consignors may re-claim these items at pick up. Items, loose pieces and accessories not claimed at consignor pick-up will be donated.
• As the seller, consignors assume the risk of theft, damage or loss. While Kidzsignments does not anticipate such events, they may occur, and sellers will not be reimbursed for those items.
• Kidzsignments agrees to pay the consignor as follows:
  • Consignor will receive 60% of items sold.
  • Volunteers are paid 70% of items sold when the consignor works 4 volunteer hours during the current sale or 75% for working 8 hours (Maximum of 75%). Only consignors who fulfill their volunteer obligations will receive additional compensation.
• Consignor understands that a non-refundable registration fee will be collected at registration.
• Proceed checks will be mailed within 15 days of the close of the sale

The recall waiver will get signed when you drop off your items prior to the sale. This is a copy you can read ahead of time.

Consignor Recall Waiver

By signing on the opposite page under my consignor id # I acknowledge the following:

1. I am the owner of the items I am checking into the Kidzsignments consignment sale and have full authority to sell these items in my name.
2. Each item that I am offering for sale is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear expected, and is not defective, broken or damaged in any way.
3. Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer in accordance with the original manufacturer warranty program.
4. Each item complies with applicable law.
5. No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection action and I have verified this by checking the list of current recalls by the Consumer Product Safety Commission at www.cpsc.gov.
6. I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause any injury to another.
