Drop-Off Procedures

BEFORE COME TO DROP OFF |
|
· Prepare you items using the guidelines provided by Kidzsignments. Click here to review these guidelines. · Organize and bundle your clothing by gender and size. · Check to make sure accessories and loose parts are firmly attached to items you are selling together. · Double-check that all of your items have a tag securely attached. · Make sure your non-hanging items are marked with your consignor ID#. · Drop off will take approximately 45-60 minutes depending on the number of items you check in. If you are asked to re do items, your drop off time may take longer. |

WHEN YOU ARRIVE |

· Look for signs directing you to the drop off location. · When you arrive, leave your items in the car and check-in at the consignor registration station (desk). · Once you have been checked in, take a rolling rack (if necessary) out to your vehicle, unload your items and bring them into the building. |

ITEM INSPECTION |
|
· After all of your items are inside the building, you will be assigned an inspector who will inspect your items. NEW!! – We will may randomly scan a few of your items to make sure that the barcodes will scan at check-out. If your barcodes are NOT scanning, we will re-print your tags and ask you to staple readable barcodes on top. · You may be given back items that we cannot accept. Please do not negotiate with our volunteers to take back these items. Please do not be offended if we return something to you. It is very easy to miss a stain or small hole. · As your items are inspected a volunteer will direct you to place the items on the sales floor. · You are finished with check-in once all of your items have been placed on the sales floor. |

BEFORE YOU LEAVE |

· Make sure you have your pre sale and half price sale wristbands. · Remember, although we do allow children at the consignor pre sale, NO STROLLERS will be permitted in Flemington. Other than your children, no one else may accompany you to the pre sale. · Take postcards to pass out to others. |

PICK UP |
|
|
· Pick up will be: o Flemington –11:00am – 1:00pm on Sunday, November 20. o Edison –11:00am – 1:00pm on Sunday, October 9. · Each consignor will be give an time to come & pick up items. If your designated time is not convenient, you may come anytime between the hours above to pick up. · Please do not show up early to pick up items. · Note – Your items will not be sorted for you. You will be given a list of items that have not sold. You should find these items in their respective places on the floor. We will have volunteers available to help. · Items not picked up at the end of the designated pick up time (see above) will be donated (NO EXCEPTIONS). · Don’t forget to check the Lost & Find and Items w/ Missing Tags. · Kidzsignments is not responsible for missing items. |
